Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy for Applied Music Programs Thank you for choosing our Applied Music Programs. We are committed to providing a valuable and enjoyable learning experience. Please review our refund policy below: 1. No Refunds for Missed Classes or Performances We understand that life can be unpredictable, but unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or credits for any missed rehearsals or performances. As the program operates on a set schedule, each session is integral to the group’s progress, and attendance is crucial to ensuring a cohesive learning environment. 2. Refunds for Program Withdrawal If you need to withdraw from the program, we offer a refund only if you notify us at least three weeks prior to the first scheduled rehearsal. Refunds will be issued minus a processing fee (if applicable), and no refunds will be issued after this time frame. We also understand that sometimes life presents its hardships. In the event of an emergency that prohibits your participation in our programs please reach out to us. While we can’t guarantee a refund we will consider on a case-by-case basis. We appreciate you and your commitment to our program.
